2.4. Exclusions from the scope of the AI Act

(18) Article 2 AI Act provides a number of general exclusions from the scope of the AI Act which have already been clarified in the Commission Guidelines on prohibited artificial intelligence practices (8). This section will accordingly address only those aspects that are relevant to the transparency obligations in Article 50 AI Act.
